Local Pickup
All orders are available for local in-store pickup. Simply select “in-store pickup” in the shipping methods drop down menu during checkout. We will pack up your order that same day, so that it’s ready for you to pick up at your leisure during regular store hours.
Because Shop On Main shares inventory between our online store and physical shop, all online orders are subject to availability. If we are regrettably unable to fulfill an online order, we we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping Information
Shop On Main ships via UPS or USPS, Domestic orders shipped via Ground Service are delivered in 3-5 business days. If you would like faster delivery please choose an expedited delivery method. Please let us know if you would not like one or have a preferred shipper. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you with more information.

Exchange and Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Shop On Main. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we will gladly issue a refund of online purchases for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 15 days of order arrival.
Items must be in NEW condition and cannot be worn, washed or altered.
No price adjustments for previously purchased items.
All refunds will post within 5-7 business days.
Gift certificates are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Shop On Main reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.
The return total will be credited back to the method of payment used during checkout, less the cost of shipping and return shipping.
Please allow up to 14 business days for Shop On Main to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shop On Main is not responsible for packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
