Shipping policy
Local Pickup
All orders are available for local in-store pickup. Simply select “in-store pickup” in the shipping methods drop down menu during checkout. We will pack up your order that same day, so that it’s ready for you to pick up at your leisure during regular store hours.
Because Shop On Main shares inventory between our online store and physical shop, all online orders are subject to availability. If we are regrettably unable to fulfill an online order, we we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping Information
Shop On Main ships via UPS or USPS, Domestic orders shipped via Ground Service are delivered in 3-5 business days. If you would like faster delivery please choose an expedited delivery method. Please let us know if you would not like one or have a preferred shipper. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you with more information.
